Bustedware LLC, doing business as SecuriTLS ("SecuriTLS", "Bustedware", "we", "us", or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our website or use SecuriTLS.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to provide and operate SecuriTLS, including:
- Account Information: Such as your name, email address, login information, workspace information, and account settings.
- Service Data: Information you submit or generate while using SecuriTLS, including certificate metadata, certificate authority information, device records, deployment settings, API key metadata, satellite endpoint information, audit or status information, and related configuration.
- Credential and Secret-Related Data: Encrypted credentials, encrypted private keys, storage configuration, and related security material needed to provide the service. SecuriTLS is designed to protect private key material and secrets using encryption and access controls.
- Payment and Billing Information: Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. We may receive billing status, transaction IDs, subscription status, plan information, and related payment metadata, but we do not store full credit card numbers.
- Support and Communications: Information you send to us when you contact support, request sales information, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information, server logs, security logs, error logs, and usage information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve SecuriTLS.
- Create and manage user accounts and workspaces.
- Generate, store, validate, deploy, and manage certificates, certificate authorities, CRLs, OCSP-related workflows, devices, credentials, API keys, alerts, and related service features.
- Process subscriptions, billing, upgrades, cancellations, and payment-related events.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about your account or service usage.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, security incidents, and service misuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies
SecuriTLS uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication, session management, account security, and essential site functionality.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google AdSense, remarketing cookies, or advertising tracking cookies.
Because our current cookies are necessary to provide login and security functionality, we do not use a cookie consent banner for these essential cookies. If we later add analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and provide any required consent or preference controls.
4. Payments
- Payments and subscriptions may be processed by PayPal or another payment provider.
- These providers process payment information according to their own privacy policies and legal terms.
- We receive limited transaction and subscription information needed to manage your account, such as payment status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, plan information, and billing events.
- We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
5. Data Security
- We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and service data.
- These safeguards may include encryption, access controls, secure transport, restricted access environments, monitoring, and other security measures.
- No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, device credentials, satellite credentials, and any secrets or private key material under your control.
6. Customer Data and Ownership
You retain ownership of the content, configuration, certificates, keys, device records, and other data you submit to SecuriTLS.
By using SecuriTLS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, transmit, and display your data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.
We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use your customer data for advertising.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate SecuriTLS, such as:
- Payment processors: Such as PayPal.
- Cloud hosting, infrastructure, storage, logging, email, or security providers.
- Support, communication, or operational tools.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us, comply with law, or protect their systems and users.
8. Legal Compliance and Safety
We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Bustedware, SecuriTLS, our users, or others.
- Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, security issues, abuse, or unauthorized access.
- Enforce our agreements and policies.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide SecuriTLS, manage accounts and subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and operate backups.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it when reasonably practicable, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational requirements.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

If you access SecuriTLS from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate. By using SecuriTLS, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

If we determine that a security incident requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected users and regulators as required. Where legally required, we will provide notice within the applicable required timeframe.
