Availability

Team, Business, and Enterprise plans include team workspaces. Solo is intended for individual use and does not include additional workspace users.

How users are added

• Direct add by account ID

Role assignment

Users can be added as Admin, Operator, or Viewer depending on the level of access they require.

User authentication

Workspace membership and authentication are separate. A user's workspace role determines what they can access after authentication.

Local SecuriTLS accounts can protect password authentication with two-factor authentication on any subscription tier. Team, Business, and Enterprise workspaces can also configure Single Sign-On with a supported identity provider.

SSO users use the multi-factor authentication requirements configured by their identity provider rather than SecuriTLS local two-factor authentication.
